I wrote this journal based exactly on the principles that have worked for me.
I start my day with positive statements which sets the Universe on a path to help.
This journal will help explain how and why.
I end my day with gratitude statements. I replay the day and remember everything, no matter how insignificant it may seem, that made me smile, made me happy, gave me joy.
This allows me to go to sleep with a content mind instead of a chattering mind full of worry, stress, negativity.

If we don't have a map for our day, then we will go on a course set by everyone else but us.
If we don't ask, we don't get.
Instead of going to bed and worrying about all the things we don't have, it will feel better to think about everything that we do have.
