DETOX information - Fasting Protocol
As I man approaching my late 50's, my focus is on longevity.
Over the years, it has been on weight loss and body shape, and although that is still important, the emphasis now has to be on on living a long healthy life. Most of the things that I have done have helped me keep trim and feel amazing but as I am getting older, those methods are becoming more difficult.
I have realised that there are 4 thing that are vitally important for longevity.
1. Regular daily activity - with BlazeFit we offer bite size half hour workouts which are easy to fit in and can be done by the beginner to regular fitness person.
2. Good eating habits - with BlazeFit, our emphasis is on health and longevity so keeping our body free from toxins is priority.
3. Better sleep patterns - we offer early morning classes to encourage to you to wake up before the world rises and also advise getting to bed earlier too.
4. Good mindset - MOTION will change your EMOTION. After a good workout, you WILL feel better in mind and spirit.
I have dedicated my time to creating classes available on BlazeFit that will give you the required methods to keep in good shape. The sessions are designed so that they will be effective for all ages and abilities. The fitness part is planned out, which leaves the process for internal health.
After much research,I have put together a DETOX plan to help repair and rebuild from withing, using fasting methods. Fasting seems to be the elixir of life and has been promoted for centuries. Intermittent fasting, fasting for few days and ketogenic ideas will all be utelised to help with autophagy (cell regeneration), increase HGH Human Growth Hormone, reduce inflammation, increase energy as well as good levels of weight and fat loss.
