DIETS DON'T WORK

THEY NEVER DID

 

Over 20 years of being a fitness pro and I've tried them all...

I've tried Keto...

I've tried calorie deficit...

I've tried intermittent fasting...

I've tried the high fat diet...

I've tried the Atkins diet...

I've even tried different coloured day diets...

And that's just some of them!

THEY ALL WORKED - TILL THEY DIDN'T

I LOST WEIGHT - THEN PUT IT BACK ON - SOMETIMES MORE!
