Intermittent Fasting for Beginners Made Simple

Have You Ever Thought About Trying Fasting… But Never Quite Started?

Many people are curious about fasting.

They’ve heard it can help with weight loss, improve energy levels, and support better metabolic health. But when it comes to actually trying it, uncertainty often gets in the way.

Will I feel hungry all the time?
Will I lose energy?
Am I even doing it properly?

After more than thirty years working in the fitness and weight loss field, these are questions I hear all the time. Most people are not looking for extreme diets or complicated systems. They simply want a clear, sensible way to improve their health.

That’s exactly why I wrote a short book called Intermittent Fasting for Beginners Made Simple.

A New Book I’ve Been Working On

For the past few months I’ve been working quietly on a short book about fasting. It’s called Intermittent Fasting for Beginners Made Simple, and it grew out of conversations I’ve had with many people over the years who were curious about fasting but unsure where to begin.

After more than three decades working in the fitness and weight loss field, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. People try complicated diets, strict meal plans, or extreme approaches that simply aren’t sustainable. What most people really need is clarity. When you understand how the body manages energy and why hunger behaves the way it does, things become far simpler.

This book explains fasting in plain language. It covers why insulin matters, why hunger often comes in waves, and how beginners can start safely without extreme rules. The aim is not to make fasting feel harsh or intimidating, but calm and practical.

I’m currently offering a limited number of free copies to readers who might find it helpful. If you would like one, please feel free to get in touch. All I ask in return is that if you read the book and find it useful, you consider leaving a short review.
