USE IT OR LOSE IT

Declining muscle mass is part of aging, but that does not mean you are helpless to stop it.

The saying goes there are two certainties in life: death and taxes. But you should also add loss of muscle mass to the list.

Age-related muscle loss, called sarcopenia, is a natural part of aging. After age 30, you begin to lose as much as 3% to 5% per decade. Most people will lose about 30% of their muscle mass during their lifetimes.

Less muscle means greater weakness and less mobility, both of which may increase your risk of falls and fractures.

I know this as I am getting older too. Even with a healthy lifestyle, I still feel the effects of aging. This is something that nobody can escape. By doing regular exercise and being aware of diet, I am able to do things longer and comfort than people who don't.

The majority of my members are over 50 and my online classes are designed for this age group.

We do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of resistance. It's ideal to keep body mobile.

I am giving away a FREE months worth of classes to help as many people in my age group to also stay healthy.

LIVE classes are at 6am but all sessions are recorded, so you can do them at any time.

All I ask in return, is that you do them consistently for a month and I promise you will feel better.

It's your body and it's your choice how it ages, but my help is here for everyone that wants to improve, strength, mobility and overall health.
