NEW BOOK RELEASE

THE HAPPY RICKSHAW DRIVER

India exposes one to a vibrant, often chaotic, yet deeply humane culture. The concept of Dharma (duty or purpose) and Karma (the law of cause and effect) are woven into the fabric of daily life and can provide a new lens through which to view one's life choices and challenges.

The warmth and hospitality of the Indian people, who often live with a strong sense of community and family, can be a powerful antidote to feelings of isolation and disconnection. Ultimately, India doesn't just offer a physical journey; it offers a journey inward. For those who feel adrift, the country's ancient wisdom and enduring spirit can be a guiding light, helping them navigate back to their own centre.

I was in Mumbai recently and wanted to see the reaction from my daughter, who had never been there before. She was bewildered by the sounds, the smells, the crowds, the acceptance of it all and so much more. I could see her eyes grow larger and brighter with every happening. We jumped into a rickshaw and off we went. In an instant, she was mesmerised. In fact, almost hypnotised by India. I watched her and realised that she was there, she was there in that moment. Lost to every problem she had ever had.

In that moment I felt her soul, her spirit being lifted.

In that moment I knew this could be the solution to life.

In that moment “The Happy Rickshaw Driver” was born.

Enjoy the journey.

That's a brief introduction to my new book "The Happy Rickshaw Driver".

Today's fast lifestyle brings it's fair share of problems and most of us are constantly worried about things that have happened or anxious about what the future holds. On top of this, every day matters that are not going to plan consume us. Before we know it, many of us have fewer years ahead of us than behind us and we wonder where our lives have gone.

The Happy Rickshaw Driver will take you on an amazing journey and give you insights on how, amongst the chaos of India, we can find calm. How we can let the burdens of the past go. How we can stop living in the made up world of what might happen. How we can flow with any obstacles put in our way. How we can live again, in the only world that's real, the PRESENT.

I would love it if you would buy a copy of The Happy Rickshaw Driver and shares the story.

The book is being launched today, Thursday 2nd October, and I have a 24hrs half price launch offer.

I would be grateful, once you have read it, if you could also leave a review.
