Make it a lifestyle not a gimmick
When you try for fast weight loss - what you will certainly get is fast weight gain.
It’s good when it comes off but way worse when it comes back on.
It’s so easy to get weight off fast but so hard to keep it off.
Weight off, more weight on, weigh off, even more weight on.
It’s so much better to allow the weight to come off gently.

He did not just eat boiled chicken and broccoli.

Consistently aware that what goes in our bodies determines our bodies.
Ate regular meals but never over ate.
Weighed himself regularly to monitor.
Main monitor was how he felt. Lighter, stronger, happier.
